Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first payment, we refund 100% — no questions asked. Applies to new accounts only, one per customer.

When upgrading, unused balance is credited toward the new plan. When downgrading, the price difference is credited as account balance for future payments.

Automatic renewals are non-refundable if the service has been used. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Violations of Terms of Service, accounts suspended for abuse, domain registrations and SSL certificates after issuance, and renewal requests after the 30-day window.

Email hostpro@apartner.pro with your account email. We process within 1 business day; funds return in 3–7 business days.

Instead of a card refund you may choose instant account credits usable for any future service.
