1. General Provisions
These Terms govern access to and use of HostPro services. By using the service you agree to these Terms. HostPro may update these Terms at any time, notifying users by email at least 14 days in advance.
2. Description of Services
HostPro provides web hosting on NVMe SSD servers including: cPanel access, email mailboxes, SSL certificates (free and Wildcard), daily backups on eligible plans, and 24/7 technical support.
3. Account & Responsibility
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and all content hosted through the service. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service for illegal content, spam, phishing or fraud, copyright infringement, cryptocurrency mining, or DDoS attacks. Violations result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Payment & Billing
Payment is made in advance for the chosen period. Accounts may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment. Data is retained for 30 days post-suspension.
6. Uptime SLA
We guarantee 99.9% monthly uptime. Credits: 99.0–99.9% = 10%; 95.0–99.0% = 25%; below 95% = 50% of monthly fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
HostPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 3 months.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time by email. Data is retained 30 days after termination, then permanently deleted.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes are resolved in courts at HostPro's location.
