Setting up email on iPhone

Follow these steps to set up your HostPro email account on your iPhone:

1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts.
2. Tap Add Account, then select Other.
3. Tap Add Mail Account and enter your Name, Email, Password, and a Description. Tap Next.
4. Select IMAP at the top.
5. Incoming Mail Server:
   • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com (or your server's hostname)
   • User Name: Your full email address
   • Password: Your email password
6. Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
   • Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
   • User Name: Your full email address
   • Password: Your email password
7. Tap Next. Your iPhone will verify the settings.
8. Make sure Mail is toggled on, then tap Save.

If you encounter an SSL certificate warning, you can usually tap Continue or Trust. For best security, ensure you have a valid SSL installed for your mail subdomain in cPanel.
